Delivery Policy

Delivery Policy for www.bynice.mu

All orders are subject to product availability.

Minimum order for delivery is Rs 500.  For orders less than Rs 500 we charge Rs 100 as delivery fee or customers can collect at our shop free of charge.

We normally deliver within 48 hours wherever you are in Mauritius if products that you ordered are available.

We offer free home delivery for every order  above Rs 1500 in Mauritius.  All orders  between Rs 500 to  Rs 1500 are subject to a delivery of Rs 50.

For Rodrigues  we charge a delivery fee of Rs 50 on all orders.

Payment is done on delivery by cash or Juice in Mauritius and cash only in Rodrigues.

If delivery should be done anywhere outside Mauritius territory you will have to pay for the shipping cost. Delivery will be either by Mauritius postal services or DHL or Fedex and customers will be able to track the product.

 If an item in your order is unavailable, we will inform you and we will deliver part of your order that is available. When that item becomes available, we will contact you to deliver the rest of your order.

Shipping costs for order outside Mauritius are non-refundable and are based on the weight of the items you ordered and your location.

 For Rodrigues and other countries the date of delivery for your order may vary due to carrier shipping practices, delivery location, method of delivery and the quantity of items ordered, and in addition your order may be delivered in separate shipments.

 Additional shipping charges may apply depending on your location and the size of your order. You are responsible for all taxes applicable to the delivery of your order, including sales tax, value added tax, custom duties and excise duties.

If there is any damage to the items that you ordered on delivery, you must contact us within 48 hours from receipt of your order otherwise we will not be held liable or responsible.
