If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help

 

Returns

 

You can return the item with the delivery driver free of charge before making any payment if you opted for pay on delivery

 

If you have received an item, you have 48 hours to notify us about your decision to return that item from the date you received it.

 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

 

Your item must be in the original packaging.

 

 

 

 

 

 

Refunds

 

Our delivery driver will inspect the item you are returning and if the return is approved, the driver will return you the amount you paid on the spot

 

If the item needs further inspection by our technician, the driver will only collect the item and return it to our warehouse

Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned

item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

 

If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund.


All above-mentioned conditions applied to both Mauritius and Rodrigues.

 

 

 

 

 

Shipping outside Mauritian territories

 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non­refundable.

 

If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund
